Hi I am Maheshwara ..working as Recruiter for Agents . I am residing at Chennai . To become LIC agent you should have passed 12 th std and pass a Agent`s exam conducted by IRDA . But this is not enough, you have to work under good LIC development Officer in order to learn the business tactics!!! and the DO should also be very supportive in teaching the agents all required information .
Then only agents can shine in the business . So My role will be connecting you to the proper DO of LIC .
